Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Valid SLP license for the state (or eligibility to obtain)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFs also considered
  • Prior experience in school or pediatric settings a plus
  • Knowledge of IEP processes and best practices in speech-language interventions
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Provide direct therapy, both one-on-one and in small groups, supporting diverse learners
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members
  • Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and school-wide initiatives
