A Psychiatrist Is Needed for Locum Tenens Coverage in California

Position Details- Schedule: 9 AM - 5 PM PST, up to 40 hours per week
- Patient Mix: 70% adult, 30% pediatric, 100% outpatient
- Appointment Duration: Intake sessions last 30 - 45 minutes; follow-ups are 15 - 30 minutes
- Experience: Prior telemedicine or virtual care experience is preferred
- Appointment Management: Providers have the flexibility to schedule their own appointments
- Focus Areas: Ongoing psychiatric care for anxiety, depression, and ADD; therapy and pharmacotherapy treatment approaches
- Child/Adolescent Psychiatry: Preferred but not mandatory
- Pay Rate: Ranges from $185.00 to $220.00 per hour
- Payment Structure: Rates are all-inclusive, factoring in base pay along with potential earnings such as overtime, call, and holiday pay
- Weekly Payments: We negotiate competitive pay and ensure weekly deposits
- Housing and Travel: Complimentary arrangements for housing and travel are provided
- Malpractice Coverage: Comprehensive malpractice insurance is included
- Credentialing Support: We streamline the credentialing and privileging process
- Online Access: Gain access to an online portal for assignment details and time entry
- Dedicated Support: A specialized recruiter will manage all aspects of your assignment
