About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Technical Director to lead complex consulting and engineering projects while serving as a trusted advisor to clients and mentor to technical teams. This leadership position combines project oversight, technical excellence, client relationship management, and business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple high-profile projects from planning through delivery.
• Serve as a primary client contact and strategic advisor.
• Provide technical leadership on investigations, assessments, design, and repair solutions.
• Oversee project quality, risk management, and technical reviews.
• Mentor and develop engineers and technical professionals.
• Support business development and cultivate long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• PE or RA license required.
• 15+ years of experience in consulting, engineering, architecture, or construction.
• Proven success leading complex projects and client engagements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and technical problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing teams and mentoring professionals.
