Job Summary

A well-established upscale Argentinian steakhouse in Miami, FL is seeking an experienced Fine Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations in a high-volume, guest-focused dining environment. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a hands-on hospitality leader who enjoys developing teams, improving service execution, and creating memorable guest experiences. MUST BE BILINGUAL ENGLISH/SPANISH

Key Responsibilities

- Lead daily restaurant operations as Manager on Duty, overseeing both Front of House and Back of House performance.
- Coach, train, mentor, and develop team members to maintain high service standards and strong employee engagement.
- Build staff schedules, monitor labor costs, and support efficient staffing levels based on business needs.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by resolving concerns quickly and maintaining upscale hospitality standards.
- Manage inventory, ordering, vendor communication, food and beverage costs, and operational controls.
- Partner with the General Manager to drive sales, achieve financial goals, and maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Compensation and Benefits
-Total Comp: $90,000 to $102,000 per year (includes quarterly bonuses).
- Base salary: $75,000 to $85,000, depending on experience.
- 20% quarterly performance bonus.
- Direct hire, full-time opportunity.
- Immediate opening.
- Location: Miami, FL, Bird Road area 33165.
- Schedule requires flexibility during restaurant operating hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
