Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting clients with banking inquiries and financial needs.
- Build and strengthen client relationships through personalized financial solutions.
- Recommend and fulfill banking products, including:
- Checking & Savings Accounts
- Credit Cards
- Certificates of Deposit (CDs)
- Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs)
- Consumer Loans
- Identify opportunities to refer clients to specialized banking partners.
- Quote rates, terms, and available banking programs.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and manage risk in every customer interaction.
- Meet customer service and sales performance goals.
