As the Speech-Language Pathologist, you’ll work with a dynamic team dedicated to student growth, with the possibility of collaborating with or mentoring an SLPA to further support your caseload.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active SLP license in the state of Oregon (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
  • Experience in pediatric or school-based settings highly valued
  • Strong understanding of IEP process and documentation
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for helping children achieve their communication goals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for elementary-aged students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other school professionals
  • Participate in IEP meetings, ensuring compliance and advocating for student needs
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, progress reports, and related paperwork
  • Mentor and support a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) as needed
