You’ll be working full-time alongside two dedicated paraprofessionals and a supportive team environment, shaping diverse learners who follow both general and adapted curriculum pathways. Key Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Georgia Special Education Adapted Curriculum Certification
• Certified in all key content areas: Reading, Math, Science, Language Arts, and Social Studies
• Demonstrated experience with IEP development and implementation
• Proficient with behavior intervention strategies and effective classroom management
• Comfortable differentiating instruction for both general and adapted curriculum learners
• Able to provide three professional reference checks (with one from a recent supervisor)

Core Responsibilities:

• Design and execute individualized IEP goals and accommodations
• Deliver behavioral interventions and establish positive behavior supports
• Collaborate with administrators, related service providers, families, and fellow educators
• Monitor student progress and diligently maintain compliance documentation
• Differentiate instruction to meet a wide array of learning needs across content areas
• Promote a nurturing, structured classroom culture that encourages growth and independence
