LHH is actively seeking an Administrative Assistant for one of our top clients in Cleveland! This will be a contract to hire opportunity with our client and will report onsite to their office in Cleveland, OH.
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Administrative Coordinator to provide front desk support and administrative assistance in a fast-paced professional services environment. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations while delivering exceptional customer service to employees, clients, and visitors. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to effectively manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.

Position Summary

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to effectively manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide front desk coverage by greeting visitors and serving as the primary point of contact for the office.
- Coordinate office meals, including ordering, setup, and cleanup.
- Maintain office inventory by restocking supplies and monitoring office needs.
- Track and coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries and shipments.
- Provide backup support for general administrative functions, including:
- Preparing Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Processing tax-related documentation
- Responding to and completing administrative requests submitted through the job log
- Support office operations and assist with additional administrative projects as needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and office efficiency.
Education
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Three (3) or more years of administrative experience required.
- Experience in a professional services environment preferred.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with PeopleSoft Financials or similar enterprise financial systems preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Outstanding customer service skills with the professionalism, diplomacy, and judgment needed to interact effectively with executives, colleagues, clients, and visitors.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive working relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Collaborative team player who is flexible and willing to support colleagues and contribute wherever needed.
