Key Qualifications:

- Participate in the development of IEPs and 504 plans, contributing expertise in behavioral and academic interventions
- Offer individual and group counseling to address emotional and behavioral challenges
- Serve as a resource for teachers and staff regarding student mental health and effective behavior management techniques
- Collaborate with families to provide guidance and support for student well-being and success
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with school and legal standards
