Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Current state SLP licensure or eligibility.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, though strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) are welcome to apply.
  • Experience with school-aged children and mild to moderate communication disorders.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Positive, flexible attitude and eagerness to support diverse student needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy to students with a variety of needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to student care.
  • Monitor and document student progress, maintaining accurate and timely records.
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based planning.
  • Offer resources and strategies to staff and families to support student growth.
