Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for customer service requests
- Enter and manage telecommunications requests within a proprietary system
- Track service orders through completion
- Work directly with customers to clarify requirements and resolve incomplete requests
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the provisioning process
Requirements:
- 2+ years of IT experience
- Active Secret Clearance
