School Psychologist - West Chester, PA

Your experience as a School Social Worker, School Psychologist, or related professional will be instrumental in cultivating a nurturing and compliant educational environment. This position calls for a compassionate and organized leader ready to support students, staff, and families as an integral part of the Student Support Team.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree from an accredited institution
• Valid LSW or LCSW license
• Demonstrated previous experience within a school setting (K-8 preferred)
• Strong collaboration, leadership, and communication skills
• Understanding of special education processes and Tier III interventions

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Student Support Team, managing caseloads and driving compliance within special education guidelines
• Ensure quality support for both individual and small-group counseling services
• Serve as the McKinney-Vento liaison, supporting students experiencing homelessness and partnering with local agencies for resources
• Collaborate closely with school teams and service providers to coordinate student interventions
• Develop and implement effective strategies to benefit students’ social, emotional, and behavioral growth
