From August 19, 2026, to May 18, 2027, you’ll work onsite, providing high-quality instruction and empowering students to achieve their fullest academic potential.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in teaching (B.A. or B.S.) from an accredited institution or in a related teaching field
• Valid Minnesota State certification in K-6 Elementary Education
• Previous teaching experience in a general education/elementary environment strongly preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, engaging, and supportive classroom atmosphere

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver daily instruction and actively engage students using creative, well-prepared lesson plans
• Monitor the academic progress of students and adjust strategies to support diverse learners
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge and proficiency in subject matter for K-6 education
• Integrate current technologies to enhance learning and differentiate instruction for student needs
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues
• Create a safe, trusting classroom environment conducive to active learning
• Utilize district curriculum, assessments, and instructional materials effectively
