Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a dynamic school environment near Baltimore, MD! Multiple vacancies are available for the upcoming academic year, offering a flexible schedule across several elementary, middle, and high schools. Depending on your availability and interest, part-time and full-time options can be arranged, providing you with a customizable work experience.

Start Date: August 10, 2026
End Date: June 9, 2027
Weekly Hours: 37.5 (can be customized/combo for FT)
All assignments require onsite presence—no remote roles at this time.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Active Maryland SLP license required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligible Clinical Fellow (CFY)
  • Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
  • Passion for working with diverse student populations across elementary to high school
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Deliver speech, language, and communication assessments and therapy to K-12 students
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with special education teams
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and compliance with all state and federal regulations
  • Contribute expertise to multidisciplinary team meetings
