LHH is partnering with a well-established law firm in Del Mar, CA that is seeking a professional and polished Legal Receptionist for an immediate opening. Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls with exceptional customer service
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a polished reception area
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Assist attorneys and legal staff with administrative tasks and document preparation
- Manage filing, scanning, and data entry projects
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal information
- Support special projects and office operations as needed
- 1+ years of receptionist, administrative assistant, legal receptionist, or front office experience
- Prior law firm or legal office experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor and customer-focused approach
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- $22.00 - $24.00 per hour, based on experience
- Open-ended contract opportunity
- San Diego/Del Mar, CA
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- Standard business hours
