What You’ll Bring:

• Active, valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• Prior experience in school settings, with a strong understanding of OT duties for K-12 students
• Proficiency with ESPED (IEP System) required
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and collaborate with Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
• Confidence with conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, and supervising COTAs across a small district
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain detailed time logs for weekly director approval
• Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and collaborative efforts

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel district-wide to serve a variety of school campuses within a compact footprint
• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and document findings
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and guidance to a team of 2-3 COTAs
• Participate in IEP meetings and ensure compliance with district and state OT protocols
• Complete and submit weekly time logs to the Director for approval
• Foster meaningful relationships with students, staff, and families
• Maintain accurate, timely records through ESPED
