Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Active state OT license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
  • Background in school-based OT, healthcare, and/or home health settings
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Passion for supporting students across diverse age ranges (elementary, middle, and high school)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct OT services per students’ IEPs
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and healthcare staff
  • Support students with adaptive equipment, motor skills, and independence
  • Maintain timely, accurate records and follow school protocols
