Job Description

In this role, you’ll work 37.5 hours per week, providing expert support to students needing school-based, healthcare, or home-health OT services. You’ll collaborate closely with teachers and other professionals to design and implement individualized treatment plans, working with a diverse student population to maximize functional independence and participation in school activities.
Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Experience in school settings, home health, or healthcare environments preferred
- Ability to work with students in elementary, middle, and high school grades
- Familiarity with IEPs, progress tracking, and school-based documentation
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet varying student needs
Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students per IEP or 504 plans
- Conduct assessments and develop targeted intervention strategies
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
- Provide training and resources to staff and families as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development
