Job Summary
We are seeking a Quality Inspector - Aerospace for a direct hire opportunity with a growing aerospace manufacturing organization in Gainesville, FL. This role is ideal for a detail-driven quality professional who has experience inspecting precision components in regulated manufacturing environments and wants to contribute to products that support aerospace and defense applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform dimensional and visual inspections of composite and machined aerospace components.
- Conduct First Article Inspections in accordance with AS9100 requirements.
- Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T requirements, and 3D CAD models to verify product conformity.
- Identify, document, and communicate dimensional, visual, and documentation discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate quality inspection records in compliance with AS9100 quality management system standards.
- Support quality, manufacturing, and engineering teams in maintaining product integrity and compliance.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $42,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Direct hire opportunity.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
- Overtime available Monday through Thursday.
