School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Key West, Florida

As a valued professional in this role, you'll provide vital assessment, therapy, and consultative services, helping students across multiple school sites achieve their communication and learning goals. Your skills will guide a caseload of 70 or more students, with caseload specifics discussed further during the interview process.

Preferred backgrounds and skills:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current, active Florida SLP CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology)
• Experience providing therapy and support in K-12 school settings
• Ability to adapt therapy plans for diverse student needs
• Organized, communicative, and collaborative approach to working with multidisciplinary teams
• Ready to travel between multiple sites if needed

Key responsibilities you’ll undertake:

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for students with communication disorders
• Deliver direct therapy services, both individually and in groups
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and specialists to support academic and social success
• Complete necessary documentation and participate in IEP meetings
• Monitor student progress, adjusting interventions as required
