Job Description

You'll work closely with a diverse group of learners, focusing on tier 3 interventions and individualized behavior support for a caseload of approximately 25 to 30 students.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current and valid BCBA certification is required
- Previous experience delivering behavioral support services in school settings is highly preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of functional behavior assessments, intervention planning, and progress monitoring
- Strong collaboration skills for working with teachers, administrators, and families
- Ability to create, implement, and adjust individualized education and behavior intervention plans for students with a broad range of needs
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed functional behavior assessments to identify student needs
- Develop and oversee the implementation of tier 3 behavior intervention plans across K-12 settings
- Provide consultative support and training for educational staff and families
- Monitor data collection, analyze results, and adjust interventions as necessary to ensure student success
- Collaborate in multidisciplinary meetings to contribute insights and recommendations regarding student progress and behavioral goals
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in accordance with school and professional standards
