Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Grove Hill, Alabama

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current and valid BCBA certification is required
• Previous experience delivering behavioral support services in school settings is highly preferred
• Comprehensive knowledge of functional behavior assessments, intervention planning, and progress monitoring
• Strong collaboration skills for working with teachers, administrators, and families
• Ability to create, implement, and adjust individualized education and behavior intervention plans for students with a broad range of needs
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed functional behavior assessments to identify student needs
• Develop and oversee the implementation of tier 3 behavior intervention plans across K-12 settings
• Provide consultative support and training for educational staff and families
• Monitor data collection, analyze results, and adjust interventions as necessary to ensure student success
• Collaborate in multidisciplinary meetings to contribute insights and recommendations regarding student progress and behavioral goals
