Job Description
Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Location: Philipsburg, PA
Facility: Medical Center Pharmacy Department
Schedule:
- 10-hour shifts
- 40 hours per week
- Shift options: 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 10:15 AM to 8:45 PM
- Weekend work required
- No holiday or on-call responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and dispense medications under the supervision of pharmacists
- Assist with maintaining pharmacy inventory and record keeping
- Support clinical pharmacy staff in providing safe and effective medication therapies
- Communicate professionally with healthcare providers and patients regarding prescriptions
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current licensure as a Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Technician Trainee issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Pharmacy
- Minimum of 1 year of hospital pharmacy experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
