Location: Orlando, FL
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $24.00-$33.00 per hour
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Operations Coordinator for an exciting opportunity in Orlando, FL. In this role, you will support day-to-day facilities operations across multiple locations, helping drive operational efficiency, vendor performance, facility improvements, project coordination, and administrative processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced facilities environment.

In this role, you will support day-to-day facilities operations across multiple locations, helping drive operational efficiency, vendor performance, facility improvements, project coordination, and administrative processes. Key Responsibilities
- Support daily facilities operations and assist with facility improvement initiatives.
- Manage CMMS workflows, including work order creation, tracking, reporting, and follow-up.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure quality work and contract compliance.
- Process invoices, track accruals, and assist with budget and financial reporting activities.
- Maintain project documentation, facility records, asset information, floor plans, and drawings.
- Schedule maintenance activities, inspections, vendor visits, and operational meetings.
- Assist with developing and improving standard operating procedures and workflow processes.
- Conduct audits and support continuous improvement initiatives across facilities operations.
- Prepare reports and communicate updates to internal stakeholders.
- Assist with preventive maintenance planning and operational scheduling.
- Promote and maintain a safe working environment and support safety compliance efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field required.
- Recent graduates and candidates with 0-2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Internship, co-op, or academic experience related to facilities, operations, construction, or project management is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Basic understanding of budgeting, accruals, and financial tracking.
- Ability to read and maintain floor plans, drawings, and facility documentation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, SharePoint, Smartsheet, and scheduling tools.
- Familiarity with CMMS software is preferred.
- Knowledge of facility operations, maintenance processes, or vendor management is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.
- Competitive hourly pay of $24-$33/hour
