Attorney

Join a well-established boutique insurance defense firm with a collaborative culture and hands-on litigation practice. We're seeking a Senior Senior Attorney

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of insurance defense matters, including construction defect, personal injury, premises liability, and product liability cases.

• Draft and argue motions, conduct legal research, and prepare pleadings and discovery.

• Take and defend depositions, attend mediations, hearings, and court appearances.

• Negotiate settlements and develop effective litigation strategies.

• Collaborate with partners and support staff to deliver exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar license in good standing.

• 7+ years of civil litigation and insurance defense experience.

• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

• Experience handling motions, depositions, and case management independently.

• Construction defect and electronic billing experience preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• $150,000+ based on experience.
