Diesel Technician

Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose and repair minor mechanical issues, including wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, air conditioning, and engine components.
- Assist customers with roadside assistance services.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
- Handle physical tasks, including lifting over 75 pounds and working in confined spaces.
- Adapt to various temperature conditions while prioritizing safety and customer satisfaction by adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Work on a rotating schedule that includes both day and night shifts as required.
- Obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation, with costs covered by the organization.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues effectively.
- Strong customer service skills to enhance the experience of our clients.
- Physical capability to meet the demands of the job.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
This role requires working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with a diverse range of customers and drivers. You will be expected to maintain a clean workspace and uphold the organization’s standards of safety and service.
