Our organization is in search of a BC/BE Outpatient Family Medicine physician to become a part of our friendly team at MercyOne Cedar Falls Family Medicine located in Cedar Falls, Iowa. This is a remarkable chance to work in a lively college town with a varied patient demographic.

Opportunity Highlights

• Collaborate with a team consisting of 2 physicians and 3 advanced practice providers (APPs)
• Provide outpatient-only, comprehensive care for patients of all ages
• No weekend or evening shifts; work Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM
• Minimal on-call duties: 1:6, with phone-only contact and initial triage handled by a nurse
• Single practice location conveniently situated next to the hospital
• Modern facility recently renovated, with on-site access to lab, MRI, and x-ray services
• Full access to specialists and services within the MercyOne network
• Support for virtual visits and telehealth services

Compensation & Benefits

• Two-year income guarantee of $290,191 annually, along with production incentives and longevity bonuses
• A bonus package totaling $150,000
