Work Schedule- 7 on 7 off schedule: Monday to Sunday, from 7 AM to 5 PM
- Daily caseload: 4 to 5 rooms
- Response time: 20-minute pager call back
- Procedures include: Bread & butter, orthopedic, obstetrics, endoscopy, and occasional pediatric ENT cases
- Weekend cases: No scheduled cases, only emergencies
- Nighttime responsibilities: Pre-operative and post-operative cases
- Daytime duties: No personal cases, except for blocks at night
- Negotiated pay: We secure better compensation and provide weekly deposits
- Housing and travel: Complimentary arrangements provided
- Malpractice coverage: Comprehensive protection included
