Qualifications/Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Holds (or is eligible for) SLP - CCC or SLP - CFY, Oregon licensure
- Experience with pediatric populations and elementary caseloads preferred
- Comfortable working in school environments and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for students with communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Work closely with staff, parents, and other educators for student support
- Supervise or collaborate with an SLPA as needed
- Maintain accurate student records and progress notes
