Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
• Valid state license (TX)
• Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and school staff

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments to identify students’ needs
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapy services to students as indicated in their IEPs
• Document progress and maintain student records in accordance with district and regulatory standards
• Consult with parents, teachers, and other support personnel to maximize student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions as needed
