Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Active state licensure and credentials required for school-based practice
  • Experience providing therapy in school-based and/or teletherapy settings, with a focus on pediatric populations
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students in preschool through high school
  • Develop, implement, and track progress toward individualized therapy goals in collaboration with educators and families
  • Provide direct and consultative therapy services in both in-person and teletherapy modalities
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to goal development
  • Maintain timely documentation, progress reports, and compliance with legal and district standards
  • Offer support and consultation to teachers and parents to foster effective communication strategies in the classroom and at home
