This school-based Occupational Therapy role starts in September and covers diverse schools throughout Ingham County. You’ll collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and fellow therapists to deliver exceptional care and support student success from kindergarten through high school.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Michigan
• Previous experience working with children or adolescents strongly preferred
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Adaptability for K–12 caseloads and varying school environments
• Ability to navigate multiple school sites within Ingham County as placement is determined

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to K–12 students in accordance with individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Complete assessments, develop intervention plans, and document progress
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional input
• Adapt therapy activities to accommodate individual learning styles and needs
