Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and customer-focused Education Program Coordinator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Orlando, FL. This role supports a busy professional education department that provides in-person and virtual training programs for real estate professionals throughout Central Florida.

Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Portuguese a plus!


Key Responsibilities


- Coordinate logistics for classroom-based and virtual continuing education programs, including materials, signage, refreshments, audiovisual equipment, and registration needs.
- Support instructors, attendees, webinars, special events, and administrative education projects.
- Welcome attendees, assist with classroom setup, and provide on-site support during scheduled classes.
- Manage participant registrations, schedule changes, refunds, transfers, attendance records, continuing education documentation, and class files.
- Coordinate webinar logistics, assist virtual attendees, and provide basic troubleshooting support for online classes.
- Update class calendars, promotional materials, reports, and administrative documentation related to education programs.
- Support special educational events, committee meetings, and professional development programs as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $22.50 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM.
- Occasional early mornings and evenings may be required for scheduled classes.
- Position Type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Location: Orlando, FL 32810, near Lee Road and I-4.
