Key Qualifications:

  • Valid IL Speech-Language Pathology license required
  • Holds SLP-CCC or is working under CFY supervision
  • Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized and group therapy to students with speech, language, and communication needs in 5th–8th grades
  • Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with educational teams and families
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, progress, and interventions
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, delivering updates and recommendations
  • Support classroom teachers with strategies and accommodations for student communication needs
  • Engage with families to promote carryover of skills and student growth
