Key Qualifications:
- Valid IL Speech-Language Pathology license required
- Holds SLP-CCC or is working under CFY supervision
- Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred

Core Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and group therapy to students with speech, language, and communication needs in 5th–8th grades
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with educational teams and families
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, progress, and interventions
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, delivering updates and recommendations
- Support classroom teachers with strategies and accommodations for student communication needs
- Engage with families to promote carryover of skills and student growth
