Embark on a rewarding assignment as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), supporting K-12 students in an onsite school-based setting! This contract role extends through June 2027, offering an exceptional opportunity to make a meaningful difference for students across grade levels. While the team welcomes part-time applicants, preference is given to candidates interested in working full-time (35-40 hours per week, Monday through Friday).

Qualifications the ideal candidate brings:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current California SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure
  • Prior experience working with K-12 students in educational environments
  • Strong evaluation, therapy, reporting, and case management skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Key responsibilities you’ll embrace:

  • Conducting comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for K-12 students
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans and goals
  • Delivering direct therapy services and documenting student progress
  • Collaborating with special education and classroom staff to promote student success
  • Supporting IEP development and participating in meetings to advocate for student needs
  • Maintaining accurate records in accordance with district and state guidelines
