Qualifications:
- Active Illinois SLP license and current certifications required
- SLP-CCC credential
- Experience in school-based or pediatric speech-language services preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and team collaboration skills
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 40 elementary students
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to STARS elementary students
- Develop individualized treatment plans and document progress
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary specialists
- Fulfill a full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:45 am–4:00 pm with 30-minute lunch
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal guidelines
