Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Valid Maryland SLP License
  • Maryland Teaching Certificate
  • Holds SLP-CCC credentials and relevant school-based SLP experience
  • Strong supervisory skills with ability to oversee SLPA
  • Excellent communication and collaboration with school personnel and families

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy services onsite or via hybrid format
  • Supervise and mentor an SLPA, ensuring best practices and compliance
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 20 students, conducting assessments and developing IEPs
  • Collaborate within interdisciplinary teams to advance student outcomes
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in school meetings as needed
