Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active and current SLP license required
- Demonstrated experience with pediatric or school-based speech services
- Previous supervisory experience or a strong interest in mentoring others
- Comprehensive understanding of evidence-based therapy strategies
- Excellent communication and organization skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision and support to 1-3 SLPAs to ensure effective service delivery
- Oversee the planning and implementation of individualized treatment plans
- Conduct periodic observation sessions and offer constructive feedback
- Ensure compliance with all state and district clinical guidelines
- Partner with school staff, administrators, and families to foster a collaborative environment
- Maintain thorough progress documentation for each student
