Job Description

Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Special Education Teaching Certification.
- Experience delivering instruction to elementary students, preferably K-4.
- Background in supporting students through inclusion, with knowledge of push-in and pull-out teaching models.
- Strong skills in literacy intervention—Orton-Gillingham training highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to partner with classroom teachers, other specialists, and families.
- Ability to create adaptive lesson plans and maintain thorough IEP documentation.
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted instruction and support to K-4 students with IEPs, primarily in a general education setting.
- Implement individualized strategies to address diverse learning needs and foster academic growth.
- Utilize both push-in and pull-out interventions to maximize student engagement and achievement.
