Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or higher in Psychology or Educational Psychology
  • Active Illinois PEL with School Psychologist Endorsement
  • Minimum 2 years of school-based experience
  • Demonstrated commitment to core educational values and student success
  • Persistent, intentional approach to supporting every child

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-person psychological services to K-8 students (caseload ~60 across two locations)
  • Assess, identify, and address academic and social-emotional needs
  • Collaborate actively within SPED, 504, and MTSS teams for compliance and tailored interventions
  • Lead Tier 3 MTSS interventions and progress monitoring
  • Prepare, present, and manage compliance documentation and reports
  • Maintain confidentiality and records per all regulations
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and team meetings
  • Serve as a knowledge resource for staff and families on learning and developmental disorders
