This opportunity is for a Home Infusion Pharmacist positioned in Levittown, PA. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a contract duration of 8+ weeks. The pharmacy operates with low volume and has a single pharmacy technician supporting the workflow.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare customized sterile medications, including IV fluids, adhering to stringent aseptic techniques and controlled environment protocols.
• Verify the accuracy and safety of sterile preparations to ensure patient well-being.
• Enforce compliance with USP and USP standards governing sterile compounding practices.
• Oversee pharmacy technician activities and maintain cleanroom equipment.
• Perform final inspections of sterile medication preparations prior to dispensing.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active and clear Pennsylvania pharmacist license.
• One or more years of recent sterile compounding experience.
• Proficiency with computer systems and pharmacy software applications.
• Strong attention to detail and thorough knowledge of aseptic techniques and sterile preparation standards.
