Job Description

This rewarding contract opportunity covers the school year from August 17th, 2026, to June 11th, 2027, with responsibilities at a site within the Mill Valley area (specific location will be confirmed). You will dedicate one day each week to support students, becoming a valued partner within a collaborative team and contributing to the success and well-being of learners.
Qualifications and Experience Sought:
- Hold an active Occupational Therapist license in California
- Demonstrated experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in school environments
- Strong understanding of IEPs, student assessments, and progress documentation
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educational staff and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students per their IEPs and school orders
- Assess students’ abilities and develop treatment plans tailored to individual needs
- Maintain regular documentation and progress monitoring in accordance with district and regulatory standards
- Offer consultative support to teachers and parents, promoting optimal learning environments
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student support teams
