What Youll Do

Prepare and cook menu items according to Valley Dairy recipes and quality standards.

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation.

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.

Communicate effectively with fellow team members during busy meal periods.

Assist with food prep, stocking, and kitchen cleanliness.

Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and presentation.

What Were Looking For

Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not required.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.

Dependable, punctual, and committed to providing quality food.

Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.

ServSafe Certification is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements

Applicants must be able to stand and remain mobile for extended periods of time, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, and sitting for up to ten (10) hours during a shift.

Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, including boxes, cookware, dishes, and supplies. Finger and hand dexterity are required for safely operating kitchen equipment and utensils. Applicants must also be able to read and write to communicate effectively.
