Clinic Hours- Monday: 9 AM - 6:30 PM
- Tuesday to Friday: 9 AM - 5:30 PM
Expect to see between 15 to 25 patients daily, covering all age groups, including women's health services.
Requirements- Hospital privileges are mandatory.
- Active Medicaid and Medicare status is required.
- An active CAQH profile is necessary.
