Become a vital member of our esteemed OB/GYN Hospitalist team and play an essential role in a well-regarded women's health program that provides expert care during critical times. You will manage intricate obstetric cases, support local physicians, and promote collaborative care, all while enhancing the experiences of mothers, infants, and families throughout the region.

Practice Overview:
Deliver comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN services, including Labor & Delivery, postpartum care, management of obstetric emergencies, and inpatient gynecologic consultations.
Act as a crucial member of a 24/7 hospitalist program, attending to both assigned and unassigned patients while ensuring prompt responses to high-acuity clinical situations.
Work closely with Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists, Certified Nurse Midwives, Family Medicine OB physicians, and community OB/GYN providers to ensure coordinated, team-oriented care.
Manage a varied patient demographic, from routine obstetric cases to complex maternal situations, including urgent surgical deliveries.
Utilize Epic (Excellian) within a flexible hospitalist framework that includes shared coverage for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Licenses/Certifications Required:
MD, DO, or equivalent foreign training is mandatory.
Board Eligible/Board Certified with ABMS or AOA in Obstetrics and Gynecology upon hiring.
An active, unrestricted medical license in Minnesota (or the ability to obtain one).
Capability to acquire and/or maintain MN DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI).
Must meet the criteria for credentialing and hospital privileges.
Current BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or in-house training within 30 days of employment.
