School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) | Full-Time | Phoenix, AZ

We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to join a supportive school-based team serving students from Pre-K through 6th grade. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful impact while working alongside experienced special education professionals and supervising Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs).

Supervisory experience is preferred but not required.

Position Details

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • School-based setting
  • Caseload: Pre-K through 6th grade
  • Primarily serving 4 self-contained classrooms
  • Supervise and collaborate with 2 SLPAs
  • Shared caseload model with SLPA support

Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct therapy services to students with communication disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
  • Provide supervision and support to SLPAs in accordance with state and professional guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal development

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
  • Eligible for or currently holding Arizona licensure
  • Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card required
  • Previous school-based experience preferred
  • Supervisory experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
