Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Special Education Teacher certification required.
- Knowledge of various instructional strategies and accommodations for K-8 students.
- Experience creating and implementing IEPs.
- Strong communication skills and an adaptable teaching style.
- Experience collaborating with general education faculty and support staff.
- Proficiency with virtual learning tools and remote instruction is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized instruction and support to students in a hybrid learning model.
- Develop, review, and assess Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Collaborate with parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure student success.
- Adapt curriculum materials to meet diverse learner needs.
- Monitor student progress, maintain records, and provide timely feedback.
