Key Qualifications:
- Valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience working with K-12 populations preferred
- Strong assessment, consultation, and counseling skills
- Ability to develop interventions and strategies for academic and behavioral needs
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments to support student learning and well-being
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide counseling and intervention services to students
- Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators on strategies for academic and behavioral support
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance with all relevant guidelines
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive school climate
