Fine Motor Skills School Occupational Therapist | Rancho Cucamonga, California

Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid California Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
• Previous experience in a school setting
• Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and technology
• Solid knowledge of fine motor skill development and intervention strategies for K-12 students
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills
• Positive, collaborative attitude and adaptability to meet changing student needs

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect OT services in accordance with individual education plans (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments and develop interventions targeting fine motor and daily living skills
• Document student progress and attend IEP meetings as needed
• Partner with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student success
• Utilize teletherapy tools as necessary for service delivery
• Supervise or collaborate with COTAs as appropriate
