Qualifications:

  • Current and active RN license
  • Proven experience in an Operating Room (OR) or surgical setting
  • BLS and ACLS certifications (preferred or required based on facility standards)

  • Ability to work effectively in high-stress situations and maintain composure
  • Attention to detail and strong commitment to patient safety

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare operating rooms and surgical equipment for procedures
  • Monitor, assess, and record patient conditions before, during, and after surgery
  • Support the surgical team by providing sterile supplies and anticipating team needs
  • Maintain aseptic technique and adherence to infection control protocols
  • Serve as a patient advocate ensuring dignity and comfort at every stage
  • Provide clear, concise updates and education to patients and families
  • Participate in pre- and post-operative patient care, including assessments and documentation

$1,685 - $1,843/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
