This contract position offers the flexibility to choose between full-time or part-time hours and an immediate start or placement for the 2025-2026 school year. Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP state license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Experience working in school settings preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for elementary-aged students
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Deliver direct therapy services, both individual and group, in accordance with IEP goals
- Document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide insights to inform academic planning
- Stay current on best practices, resources, and continuing education
