This contract position offers the flexibility to choose between full-time or part-time hours and an immediate start or placement for the 2025-2026 school year. Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid SLP state license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Experience working in school settings preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for elementary-aged students
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
  • Deliver direct therapy services, both individual and group, in accordance with IEP goals
  • Document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide insights to inform academic planning
  • Stay current on best practices, resources, and continuing education
